Movement training and strengthening exercises for children and adults

The training exercises come from yoga and from Joseph Pilates’ mat exercises. The main focus is on having fun while exercising and on the challenge of mastering the moves just like the children and animated animals on the DVD.

Between the exercises, you can listen to an exciting story acted out by the cartoon characters of Cobra and Dog who, in their travels in the oasis, encounter lots of animals and other things that all inspire new movement exercises.

  • Trains children’s body flexibility, improves strength, balance and coordination
  • Strengthens and stretches the following muscle groups: back, abdomen, buttocks, arms and legs
  • Breathing and relaxation exercises help children to find their center and practice the process of letting go
